A Wedding at Discovery World: Adam & Anjali’s Beautiful Fusion Celebration


Have you ever attended a wedding so full of life and love that you couldn’t help but smile the whole day? That’s exactly how Adam and Anjali’s wedding at Discovery World in Milwaukee felt. It was the kind of day that reminds you why you love photographing weddings in the first place. From the stunning lakefront views to the phenomenal blending of Jewish and Hindu traditions, this was a celebration to remember.


Setting the Scene at Discovery World


Discovery World is a Milwaukee gem, perched right on the edge of Lake Michigan. With its sleek architecture and prime lakefront location, it’s no surprise that it’s a favorite for Milwaukee weddings. Adam and Anjali made full use of the venue’s beauty, starting with their first look outside the Pilot House. Adam standing with the lake glistening behind him, taking a deep breath, and then turning to see Anjali in her stunning attire. Pure magic.


The Pilot House itself, with its floor-to-ceiling windows and 360-degree views of the lake, was the perfect spot for their ceremony and reception. But what really made it special? The way Adam and Anjali brought their personalities and cultures into every detail of the day.

A Fusion of Love and Traditions


Adam and Anjali’s wedding wasn’t just a celebration of their love; it was also a celebration of their families and cultures. They beautifully blended Jewish and Hindu traditions, creating a ceremony that was both deeply personal and incredibly moving. There were moments of laughter, moments of tears, and moments where you could feel the entire room holding its breath in awe.


The way that Anjali's sister and the rabbi alternated through the ceremony was just so cool. Bouncing off of each other and incorporating each family and pair of parents into the ceremony was so beautiful.



The stunning floral arrangements that adorned the Pilot House added to everything perfectly. They complemented the vibrant colors of the day and added an extra layer of elegance to an already breathtaking setting. Capturing Memories Around Discovery World


After the ceremony, we explored Discovery World’s grounds for photos. The museum’s modern architecture and proximity to the lake made for some incredible backdrops. And let’s not forget the aquarium! There’s something so special about taking wedding photos surrounded by shimmering water and curious underwater creatures. Adam and Anjali’s joy was infectious, and it made every shot feel like a work of art.


A Reception to Remember


As the sun dipped below the horizon, the Pilot House transformed into the ultimate reception space. Guests from across the U.S. and India gathered to celebrate Adam and Anjali. Bartolotta Restaurants served up a feast that had everyone raving, and the energy on the dance floor was unmatched. Whether it was a traditional dance or an impromptu sing-along, every moment felt like a testament to the love and connection that Adam and Anjali share.
