Nisha & Tom’s Elegant Engagement Session at Lake Park  


There’s something so magical about summer in Milwaukee, and Nisha & Tom’s engagement session at Lake Park was the perfect example of that magic. The golden hour light, the summer vibe, and the backdrop of Lake Park made for an absolutely breathtaking evening.  


A Love Story in a Classic Setting  


When Nisha & Tom reached out to me, they mentioned how much they loved the classic, true-to-life look of my photos. So when we started planning their engagement session, Lake Park was an easy choice—it’s one of Milwaukee’s most timeless and romantic locations. With its grand stone staircase, shockingly elegant bridges, and the iconic North Point Lighthouse, it felt like the perfect setting.


From the moment we started their engagement session, their energy was infectious. Whether they were sharing quiet, more intimate moments or laughing together as we explored the park, every frame captured their love story in a way that felt effortlessly *them*.

Golden Hour Perfection & A Stunning Milwaukee Skyline  


As the sun started to dip lower in the sky, we made our way down to Mckinley Marina for the grand finale of the session. An audible that Nisha & Tom recommended, and it was stunning. We were gifted with one of those perfect Wisconsin summer sunsets. The soft Lake Michigan breeze, the glow of the setting sun reflecting off the water, and the Milwaukee skyline in the background—it was perfect. Nisha’s elegant dress caught the light just right, and Tom has a style that I can only dream of having myself.


These are the kinds of moments I love capturing—real, genuine, and timeless. The kind you’ll look back on years from now and still feel every bit of emotion that was there in the moment. These photos from the pier at McKinley Marina are some of my favorites from last summer.
