As a Wisconsin wedding photographer, these are some of my favorite wedding venues in not just Madison, but our entire state. My approach is all about keeping things relaxed and natural. Your wedding day should be about soaking in every moment, laughing with friends and family, and feeling completely present. My job? To capture that energy and emotion so you can relive it for years to come.
From grand estates to intimate settings, here are the top wedding venues in Madison that offer unforgettable experiences.
The Best Wedding Venues In Downtown Madison & Capitol Area
The Wisconsin State Capitol Building
Growing up just south of Madison I thought that every state had a beautiful capitol building like ours. Wow. That is not the case at all. South Dakota? It looks like the building from The Office.
Our Wisconsin State Capitol building is absolutely stunning from top to bottom. This is a perfect place to have an incredible ceremony, take some stunning photos and then make your way to a reception venue. And it is a perfect venue all year round.
Just avoid those Saturday mornings with the farmers market. Or don't and go grab some bread from Stellas. Maybe your wedding attire will let you skip the line?
